Privacy policy
Short version: the website only knows your email address if you join the mailing list. Each section below says exactly what a product collects.
Effective: [REVIEW: effective date]
Quiet Rooster Games is a trade name of Acre & Hearth LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("we"). This policy covers the Quiet Rooster Games website (https://quietroostergames.com) and the watch faces and games we publish under that name.
Watch faces
Our watch faces run entirely on your watch. They show information your watch already has, such as the time, date, battery level, step count or heart rate, and any complications you choose. That information stays on your watch. The watch faces contain no code that sends data anywhere, no ads and no analytics, and we never receive anything from them.
When you buy or install a watch face, Google Play handles the purchase and shares what its own policies say it shares with developers. See Google's privacy policy.
Mailing list
If you sign up for news, we keep your email address with our email provider, MailerLite, and use it only to send news about our games and watch faces. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your address at any time. [REVIEW: confirm MailerLite as the provider for this brand.]
Website
The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to run and protect the service. We don't use cookies, analytics or tracking on this site.
Children
Our products are not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them.
Your choices
Write to [email protected] to see, correct or delete anything we hold about you. We'll reply within [REVIEW: reply time, e.g. 30 days].
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the effective date above, and tell mailing-list members about significant changes.
